Support for All: Resources for Black Women Facing Ovarian Cancer

The Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance offers specialized services and support to help ovarian cancer patients find a community and connect with others facing similar challenges. Their Woman to Woman program provides one-on-one mentoring for individuals impacted by gynecologic cancers. The Alliance also offers various support programs, education, resources like a ‘find a doctor’ tool, and funds research to advance understanding and treatment of ovarian cancer. They aim to find a cure through understanding familial risk factors and genetic mutations while providing support for black women facing gynecologic cancers.
