Myrtle Potter is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare and life science industries. She is the former CEO, President and Chair of the Board of Sumitomo Pharma America, where she led the development and commercialization of innovative drug treatments. Potter is also the founder of Myrtle Potter & Company, LLC, a healthcare and life science advisory firm.

Potter is a recognized powerhouse in the biopharma industry, with a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, innovation, and excellence. She is passionate about leveraging data and analytics and robotics to improve patient outcomes and value creation. She has held numerous executive leadership positions at prominent companies like Genentech, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck.

In addition to her executive roles, Potter serves on several boards, including Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, Guardant Health and Opentrons Labworks.
