Everyone’s favorite side dish is Diet Free Life approved! Instead of using oil, the vegetables are tenderized with water and instead of a whole egg it’s replaced with egg whites. Add some shrimp, tofu, chicken or your choice of protein for the perfect fat-burning meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups long grain brown rice, cooked
- 3 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
- ½ cup frozen peas
- ½ cup frozen corn
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- water (as needed)
