We don’t need to tell you about the health benefits of fruit and honey, right? The delicate blend of various fruit varieties guarantees you’ll get the most vitamins and flavor in a single bowl. What also great is that this is a fun recipe for children to help make, too!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 Tbs. orange juice
1 Tbs. honey
4 cups mixed fruit and berries. Options include strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, mango, melon, kiwi, apple, seedless tangerine or Clementine.
A few sprigs mint (optional)
Directions
Peel and cut fruit into bite-sized pieces. Mix dressing in the bottom of a medium bowl. Add fruit and gently toss. Garnish with mint if desired.
