- Decrease saturated fats and eliminate trans fats such as red meat and whole milk and replace with polyunsaturated fats like olive oil, seafood, and nuts.
- Choose healthier carbohydrates such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Eliminate the added sugars.
- Add fiber to your diet.
- Watch your alcohol intake.
- Get to the gym. Lift weight, bicycle, swim, etc.
