Kravitz claims that much of the exercise he gets largely comes from spending a lot of time outside.
The musician spends long days and nights cycling around the island where he lives, paddle boarding and walking.
He does also have a trainer, however, and uses both dumbbells and weight plates for weight training with his personal trainer.
He says he trains five to six days per week, with many of his weight sessions consisting of pretty simple exercises.
This workout listed in Men’s Health details that Kravitz prefers no-fuss exercises performed with perfect forms, like dumbbell shoulder presses, squats, pull-ups, and ab crunches.
