Coffee
Coffee is not dehydrating despite popular belief. Try grabbing an iced coffee this summer!
Coconut water
If you like coconut flavored things, this is a perfect way to get some water in your system without drinking just plain water.
Oatmeal
It holds on to the liquids you’ve consumed and the water in them, like milk you may put in it for example.
Juice
Try to buy things that are 100% juice and have clean ingredients!
Smoothies
Smoothies are packed with fruits and vegetables, and sometimes you can add ice or even water to help make it cold or not as thick.
Homemade fruit pops
Try making fruit pops by using the fruit juice, a variety fruit and popsicle makers. Put them in the freezer and enjoy a nice, cool treat!
Soup
While soup is usually made hot, a lot of people drink cold soup to keep hydrated in the summer and it provides all the nutrition from the vegetables within it.
Flavored Water
Try drinking something like flavored mineral water or infusing your own water with fruits (or vegetables), in order to make it more flavorful.
Water can be hard to swallow for some, so try these methods instead. Stay hydrated and have a fun summer!
