Christmas came early at the BlackDoctor.org office! J. Ivy, hip-hop poet, musician, actor and author, stopped by to share his ‘Top Five’ things he’s looking forward to in 2015.
With a Peabody Award for his performance on Russell Simmons’s Def Poetry, as well as a Grammy Award for his contribution with Jay-Z on Kanye West’s The College Dropout album, and numerous collaborations with the likes of John Legend, RZA, The Last Poets, The Roots, Common, Mos Def and more, we have no doubt J. Ivy’s 2015 will be just as dope as years past.
