One thing we always hear successful people talk about is the importance of rest. Although there are some that would disagree, rest takes a major toll on our energy, productivity and creativity levels. Even along the lines of weight loss, sex, memory, exercise, and other focus areas in our everyday lives restlessness can take a positive or negative effect on our overall being.

Many times an immune deficiency occurs due to a list of mental and physical health problems which makes the body more vulnerable to immune system issues.
Decrease of energy levels
Each day the body needsto reboot and rest itself in order to keep the much-needed energy boost one needs each day. The rain and body must function together or it will slowly but surely slow down and shut down.
Nausea
This often occurs when the body is asking to rest. The feeling varies for each individual and many times is very noticeable.
Mood swings
A happy person is often a well-rested person; or as some call it, “a happy camper”. When the body is unable to respond properly a person may feel their mood go from happy to sad or neutral to angry.
