Yes, you can make your new year’s fitness resolutions happen this year and you don’t need a gym to get it done.
This is all thanks to SWEAT Season, the new 8 Week Fitness Challenge from Get Fit Like That.
We all know the horror of the super-crowded gym whenever a new year rolls in. Just the thought of waking up at the crack of dawn is enough to make you bypass a workout.
Then, you might have to brave that spiteful early-morning chill to make the journey to the gym. You get there and wait around for your favorite gym equipment. Next, you rush to do a makeshift workout before heading to work.
All of this is enough to make you want to throw your whole gym bag away get back to hibernating until spring.
If you could just skip all the headaches that come with braving the new year’s crowds, your fitness goals might just have a fighting chance. You’d be unstoppable if only you could save some of your precious time and get a serious workout done in your living room.
Fortunately, Get Fit Like That is launching an 8-week fitness challenge that lets you ditch the gym altogether.
The challenge is called SWEAT Season, and just like it says in the name, it’s guaranteed to help you sweat your way to your fitness goals this year. And you can do this without the 5 AM alarm clock, the annoying traffic, and the crowds.
Instead, you can stream your workouts to your living room and sweat it out with Coach Sharita and her fit crew. The workouts will keep you guessing, getting stronger, and most importantly, working up a sweat.
A Peek Inside the SWEAT Season Challenge
When you join SWEAT Season, you’ll get immediate access to an entire library of workouts. You'll also get easy-to-follow programs to keep you on track.
The workouts are a mix of strength and cardio workouts that you can get done in just 30 minutes.
And you don’t need anything more than a set of dumbbells to complete the workouts, so you can take your workouts wherever life takes you.
Your First Week of Workouts Without a Gym
The Challenge kicks off with a 30-minute Shoulder & Core workout which will leave your arms feeling like jelly. That's all thanks to shoulder presses, front raises, planks, to name just a few of the moves.
But don’t worry, you get to take the next day off for Rest & Recovery. Then you can jump into your first high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.
Your HIIT workout will be a lot more fast-paced with 4 circuits of strength and cardio moves. This will keep your heart pumping and muscles working.
But it will be worth it in the end. This mix of exercises is the perfect combination to help you burn extra calories during and even after the workout.
You’ll get another well-deserved rest day before you wrap up your first week. You will have a Leg Day workout followed by your second HIIT workout of the week.
So what sounds better to you? Waking up before the sun, sitting in traffic, waiting in lines at the gym? Or waking up just 30 minutes earlier than normal? Then turn on your computer, and hit play to follow a short but sweaty workout right in your house. Yup, we’re signing up too.
To join the SWEAT Season Challenge, simply head to the SWEAT Season dashboard. You can purchase the entire library of workouts. You’ll get instant access so that you can start ASAP and leave the stress at the gym.
