Top 20 U.S. Cities With The Most STDs (2019)

The lack of quality sex education in the United States helps explain why the number of sexually trasmitted disease (STD) patients has increased at a rapid pace recently. Despite numerous studies and recommendation on sexual education, many cities and states in the U.S. still focus on exclusively teaching abstinence rather than comprehensive sexual education.

This spike in STDs leads us to rank the cities with the highest STD rate per every 100,000 people.
**Please keep in mind that this list always changes from year to year. And this list is not exclusive to only HIV.

A list of HIV and AIDS cities is a different list and available here.**
