One Pot, 15-Minute Chicken & Veggies (VIDEO)

This has to be one of my favorite recipes to make.  It’s quick, easy and tastes oh so good!


2 medium sized chicken breasts (medium, chopped)
1 cup bell pepper (chopped, any colors you like)
1/2 onions (chopped)
1 zucchini (chopped)
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped or plum/grape)
2 tbsps olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika (optional)


Preheat oven to 500 degree F.
