If you are a new mother, you completely understand the need to maximize your time, especially the little time you have to exercise. With only a few small windows of time available in your newly-packed schedule, if you want to break a sweat and burn off that baby weight, you should introduce high intensity interval training into your life.
10 Moves To Say Goodbye To Baby Weight [VIDEO]
High intensity interval training, or HIIT, doesn’t have to be just a lot of jumping up and down or running sprints. You can actually mix in strength and cardio for a total body burn that will kick your butt and torch calories in much less time.
Sharita Jennings, founder of Get Fit Like That, has put together 10 moves to help blast away stubborn fat. If you’re working out for the first time since having your baby, try the modifications shown in the video. If you’ve been active for a while, then go all out with the base moves!
You should try to do each move for 30 seconds and quickly go on the next without any breaks. After a 1 min breather between rounds, complete the whole routine 2 or 3 more times to get the best bang for your sweat!
