2. )Break up the process into small, attainable goals.
I broke my weight loss into 50lb increments. Every time I lost 50lbs, I would create a new vision board and hang it up in my house to remind myself of the goal, the actions that it would take to reach the goal, and the benefits that the goal would bring to my life.

This process requires sacrifice and struggle because it is the grit and the persistence that you learn in the struggle that will solidify your resolve never to go back!!!”
