Host and actress, La La Anthony, has undergone a major physical transformation during her time in the spotlight, shedding 15 pounds just a few years ago.
While, between her busy schedule of fashion shoots, acting jobs, and hosting gigs, not to mention parenting her son, Kiyan, 14, La La's got plenty on her plate. But, she's managed to maintain her weight loss and keep her health a priority over the past year.

Inspired by rapper and friend The Game, Anthony joined his popular "60 Days of Fitness Challenge" - 60 days straight of working out and eating right. Sounds simple enough, but Anthony is the first to admit that the daily three-mile group runs in Los Angeles' Runyon Canyon mixed with CrossFit-like lunges and jump squats were a challenge.
“In the beginning, I could barely walk. I thought I was going to need a wheelchair" she told the New York Post. By the end, she called it "the best cardio ever".
LaLa prioritizes keeping her energy up with whole foods packed with protein, fiber, and essential nutrients.
In an April 22 post to her Instagram Stories, La La revealed the exact meals her personal chef, Tashia, whips up to help her maintain her weight loss and stay healthy.
Shrimp and vegetables, lightly-seasoned fish filets with asparagus, and cherry tomatoes is what's pretty much on her menu. And you can't forget...lean beef with Brussels sprouts. La La admits that she's also had help getting into shape from trainer Kirk Meyers, founder of The Dogpound, where celebs like Addison Rae, Kaia Gerber, and Noah Centineo also work out.
"I come here almost every single day and Kirk, the owner, has become one of my closest friends and a real inspiration in my life for getting myself together and focusing on myself," she told E! "I definitely have lost weight. I definitely feel better about myself, more toned, have more energy." In addition to Myers' weight-based workouts, La La told HollywoodLife, "I love to box."
Fans in the comments continued to gush over the 39-year-old’s beauty, including her “Think Like A Man” co-star Taraji P. Henson, who said, “Go easy killah.” “Treat Me” singer, Chlöe Bailey, wrote, “Yesss always.”
A third fan noticed the “BMF” star’s black-brown ombre wig: “Coming for the hair.” A fourth fan described her as the “hottest woman ever.” “Extremely stunning,” said a fifth commentator who complimented the model.
Maintaining her post-challenge body is due in large part to the healthy habits she picked up along her journey. Here are three of Anthony's top fitness tips that put her on the path to success and kept her there:

1. Find an activity you enjoy.
For Anthony, it's boxing. She wasn't always a fan of exercising but really enjoyed working out with trainer Gunnar Peterson "because he has me doing different exercises every day like boxing, which is the only exercise I actually enjoy."
2. Eat what you like in moderation.
The Afro-Puerto Rican still loves her rice and beans, but learned to fix her taste buds to enjoy healthier alternatives like brown rice. Practicing portion control was important. “I would never deny myself completely because I feel like when you do then you go overboard, so I give myself a little taste and leave it at that."
3. Have a winner's attitude
The idea of exercising every...single...day...for...60...days may seem unbearable for most, but for Anthony, anything is possible when you put your mind to it. The most important thing, she says, is to commit. “It’s hard sometimes because it takes a while to see. But once you start seeing the change you’ll get motivated and want to continue.”
