Luckie’s Quick Tips: Flat Side Bosu Body Weight Squats

sloan luckie bannerTaking your Bosu ball squats to the next level is as simple as flipping your Bosu over. Placing the Bosu with the flat-side up is great for building core strength ( abs/lower back area) and improving overall balance while toning abs. If you are trying the Bosu for the first time, I would suggest doing the exercise on the domed side. It will also strength core and improve balance. Placing the Bosu flat-side up takes it to the “next level” because it requires more balance. Either way, you will feel this workout!
