Pitaya, Pineapple & Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ a pitaya
- ½ a banana
- ½ cup pineapple pieces
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- A little grated fresh ginger, to taste
- 1 cup almond milk (or rice or regular milk)
- Optional: honey to taste (mine didn’t need extra sweetness)
Pitaya, Banana & Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 pitayas - scooped out of skin
- 4 frozen baby bananas (or 2 Regular)
- 2 Cups of coconut water
Toppings
- Blueberries (or fruit of choice)
- Bananas (or fruit of choice)
- Coconut flakes
- Granola
Strawberry Pitaya Milkshake
Ingredients
- 7 - 8 strawberries
- 1 pitaya
- 10 - 12 ice cubes
- 4 - 6 oz coconut water
- 1 - 2 scoops protein powder
Mango, Pitaya & Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango chunks, frozen
- 1½ bananas, sliced and frozen, divided
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 pitaya
- 1 cup coconut water
