Triple Chocolate Banana Bread
One of my favorite things to eat during the winter season is banana bread. It’s warm, moist and just seems to give you that “warm and fuzzy” feeling all over. To share that feeling with me, here’s a recipe that combines my love of banana bread with my love of chocolate! Yes!

Cook time: 45 – 50 mins
– 1½ cups all-purpose flour
– ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– ½ teaspoon baking powder
– ¼ teaspoon salt
– ½ cup butter, softened
– ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
– ½ cup white sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1⅓ cups mashed banana
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips–

In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until fluffy. With mixer on low speed, add eggs one at a time and then beat in bananas and vanilla extract.
