Set an intention for the week
Instead of going into the work week with the “same thing, different day” mindset, choose to have something to work on for the week. If you want to drink more water or focus on complaining less and being more positive, having an intention for the week gives you the opportunity to have something fresh to focus on.
Meditate
Take a few minutes to yourself before leaving your house to sit down and just breathe.
