Transformation Tuesday: I’ve Lost Over 200 Pounds

Late 2016 I was diagnosed with diabetes and was told I wouldn’t live long.

May 2017 I got myself together and started working out 6 to 7 days a week for 1 hour to 2 hours, at the park, in the gym, football field, and city streets. I also started eating healthy.

Late 2017 I was taken off my diabetic and high blood pressure medications. I did this and am still doing it the hard way, I DIDN’T have any surgeries, didn’t take any pills, didn’t do any dangerous diets, just simply eating, cardio, and weight lifting.

My ultimate goal is to be 180 pounds. Currently I’m 206 pounds, my highest weight was 400 pounds in 2015-2016. My starting weight was 389 in May 1st, 2017!

I don’t care what anyone says about losing weight. IT IS POSSIBLE!! I’m a living testimony that it can happen and still happening.
