Michelle Obama Strikes A New Pose

Ever heard of the “FLOTUS pose”? First Lady Michelle Obama says she’s shifting from lifting weights to focusing more on toning up with…

The First Lady is turning the big 5-0 this year, and while many admire her amazing arms and biceps, she’s updating her workout to include more yoga. She says she wants to focus on balance and flexibility “so that I’m not falling and breaking a hip one day.”

In fact, very few people know that Michelle has actually been a fan of yoga for years now.  She’s incorporated yoga into her initiatives and programs to reduce childhood obesity, so it’s not surprising she would take to the practice herself.

So next time you take a look at the beautifully strong and toned physique, strike a pose. A FLOTUS pose, that is.
