It’s Not Too Late To Take Action
While dealing with a chronic disease like lung cancer can be downright terrifying and difficult; it’s not impossible to manage the condition. Nonsmokers can take steps to ensure their well-being and prevent themselves from developing the disease.
One option is to get early screening tests done. Catching the disease early on may prevent the disease from progressing and spreading to other regions of the body.
Other steps include eating healthy and avoiding toxic environments that contain radon. Like Vicky Foster, sufferers can even get chemotherapy and take the proper medication to manage their symptoms. In the end, taking action can help us get better control of our health and even our lives.
