  • 1 slice of whole-wheat bread/bagel, toasted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 thick slice of red onion
  • 1 tbsp. chives

Directions

  1. Spread cream cheese on a toasted bagel.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fage yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. ground flaxseed
  • 1 medium grapefruit

Directions

  1. Mix together wheat germ and ground flaxseed, and use it as a base.
  2. Alternate layers of grapefruit and yogurt
  3. Top with honey and wheat germ.

Eggs & Greens - 230 calories

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha sauce

Directions

  1. Add half the olive oil to a heated skillet.
  2. Sauté mushrooms and spinach.
  3. Move to a plate.
  4. Add remaining olive oil to the skillet.
  5. Crack an egg into the pan and cook sunny-side up.
  6. Add egg to vegetables. Drizzle with Sriracha sauce.
