Teas That Improve Your Skin

tea pouring in cupWe all know that tea not only tastes good, helps you relax, and comes with some well-proven health benefits. But did you know that your tea can also improve the health and appearance of your skin? Well it can! Most teas are very rich in antioxidants that can hydrate, reverse damage and reduce inflammation of the skin.
