better choices like gluten-free breads and flours, live juices, baked foods, real butter, coconut sugar, and Himalayan salt. This has been an ongoing adjustment for me, as I am still learning more about what is best for my body. And finally, I exercise at least 30 to 45 minutes a day even if it’s just walking.
3.) What was/is your biggest hurdle to stay healthy?
My biggest hurdle to staying healthy is merging convenience into my busy lifestyle. Sometimes I work very long hours so I have to make sure that I am consistent in planning to eat properly when I’m away from home. Also, I still have a weakness for chocolate.

4.)What would you recommend to someone who wants to look and feel young like you?
To look and feel young I would say look at it from a perspective of inner health as the priority. Prayer and a relationship with Christ are my foundation.
In addition, imagine daily that you are the best you physically, mentally and spiritually and tell yourself so in the mirror. Really listen to your body. When you’re tired, rest. When you’re stressed, give your mind a break. Don’t overcomplicate your life. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Be good to your body.
You wouldn’t give poison to someone you loved or neglect them so don’t do it to yourself. Make a decision to put good things into your body. Transition into feeding your body whole foods, live juices, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, and fatty acids daily.
Build a healthy lifestyle plan tailored to your temple. Make it a gift to your temple. Make it fun. Find a physical activity that you enjoy and that will keep you consistent. Laugh as often as you can. Perceive your life as if the glass is half full rather than empty. And finally, love yourself first and the overflow of love from others will be the benefit.
