5 Home Remedies For A Natural Breast Lift

Natural Breast Lift

Sagging breasts (ptosis) are a common complaint for many women and this occurs in part because of  a loss of elasticity due to rapid weight loss, childbirth, wearing the incorrect bra size and the effects of gravity. Breasts consist of fatty tissue and milk ducts placed atop the pectoral muscles that support them, and by doing chest exercises to build up the “pecs” breasts can receive the lift and support they need.

Some women, however, may feel they have gone past the point of no return as it pertains to the downward shift of their breasts, but there is no need to worry.  By using certain foods, oils and herbs in combination with exercise one can maintain the shape of her breasts in confidence. If you are looking to reverse the hands of time or slow the effects of gravity, here are five home remedies to help firm sagging breasts and get a natural breast lift.

Shea butter

Shea butter is a favorite for many of us because of its ability to moisturize the skin without the additives. It is also a great agent to use as natural breast lift because of its high concentration of vitamin E that tightens the skin. To use shea butter to help firm the breasts, warm the butter up between the palms of both hands and massage in an upward motion for about 10-15 minutes. Let the shea butter sit on the breasts for another 15 minutes and then remove the excess butter with water. Repeating this process three to four times weekly will improve the appearance of sagging breasts.

Aloe vera

Adding to the list of plants that contain natural skin-tightening properties and antioxidants, aloe vera can be used to firm breasts and prevent damage caused by free radicals. Apply aloe vera gel to the breasts and massage in an upward, circular motion for about 10 minutes and then allow the gel to sit on the breasts for another 10 minutes.  Wash off the remaining aloe vera gel with warm water after the sitting process is complete. Performing this process four to five times a week is recommended to receive effective results.

Pomegranate

This surprising fruit has anti-aging ingredients and the oil of its seeds contains phyto-nutrients known to lead to firmer breasts. Create a paste from pomegranate peel and warm mustard oil and use the mixture before going to bed. Massage the paste into the breasts in an upward, circular motion for about five to 10 minutes daily. Pomegranate seed oil can also be used along with breast massage two to three times daily to help firm breasts.
