Funnywoman Tiffany Haddish has coined the term, "She Ready." She made the hashtag popular, created discount codes for it, and even one of her successful comedy specials was named after it.
But it seems like she's ready now to transform her body.
Haddish says she’s now “ready to build muscle” after completing celebrity trainers Luther & Kathy Freeman’s 30 Day Transformation program.
The actress, who previously struggled with homelessness and food insecurity, told People that she was inspired by the late Olympian Florence Griffith Joyner.
“I had this thought in my mind that I want the body of Flo-Jo!” she said.
In December, Haddish was getting closer to the body of the late Olympian after she told People she’d lost 40 pounds in 2020 after weighing in at 182 pounds last year on her birthday.
The Girl's Trip star lost an additional 10 pounds with her 30-day Transformation Team program. Now, she's got a new haircut and style that's turning heads!
“I feel like if I would have done this 10 years ago, it would have been a lot easier,” Haddish admitted in an Instagram Live, adding that her body feels “achy.” But now, she’s feeling better than ever at 41.
“I’m stronger than I thought I was. I definitely have more endurance than I thought I have.”
Luther Freeman and Kathy Drayton developed the 30 Day Transformation to help others realize their dreams of health and happiness.

They have a passion for fitness and people, and their results speak for themselves.

Luther’s understanding of the aesthetics of each individual’s body has developed his reputation over the years and he has earned the name “The Body Sculptor.” The duo has worked with countless celebrities such as Dwyane Wade, Steve Harvey, Anthony Anderson, Dj Khalid, Lisa Leslie, Rosario Dawson, Kevin Hart, and many more!
Luther and Kathy had Tiffany follow a vegan diet, which she admitted was not easy. “They gave me this whole vegan menu, meals, and stuff, and so I’m cooking for myself,” she said, adding that she also enjoyed juices.
This whole "body transformation" push comes after Haddish decided to quit smoking. While kicking the habit is for the best, it’s common for people to gain around five to 10 pounds a month after giving up cigarettes (as the nicotine typically speeds up your metabolism).
“I’ve been eating like it ain’t nobody’s business,” she told Ellen DeGeneres in October 2019. “To counteract that, I started working out on the fourth of July.”
She now exercises every day “anywhere from 15 minutes to sometimes two hours,” Haddish told People. “And I try to dance every day for like five to ten minutes. I think that’s really important, too. Make it fun!”
Want to be fit and "ready" like Tiff? She even shared a code on her Instagram to get a discount and start working out with her team as well.
"It’s not [too late] for your transformation. Go to @30daytransformationteam and use code SHEREADY50 to get the program for half the price. #sheready #30daytransformationteam #strongbody"
