Weight Extremes May Worsen Rheumatoid Arthritis In Black People!

The holidays are upon us and we’ve been enjoying tasty soulful eats and libations! It’s important to enjoy these things in moderation to control our weight, especially for those of us living with Rheumatoid arthritis.

New research has found that weight extremes can have an effect on rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. More specifically, obesity may accelerate and amplify the crippling symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, new research suggests.
