- Vegetables ex; broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, peas, carrots, kale, potatoes, corn, onions, and peppers.
- Whole grain ex; Ezekiel bread, millet, brown, quinoa, wheat, and oats.
Remember that when buying any of these products for the fast, it’s okay if they are fresh or frozen.
It’s even okay if it’s canned, but make sure no added preservatives are in any of the food.
Preservatives are man-made, and therefore not accepted on this diet.
