When asked about the advice she would give for someone looking to get started with their fitness journey, here’s where she said they should begin:
“Remember you didn’t gain the weight LAST NIGHT so you can’t lose it by MORNING. Be patient with yourself and everyone’s journey is their own don’t compare.”
“Also.. until you fix what is wrong mentally and emotionally, you’ll never be successful at weight loss. My phrase is TEARS WEIGH MORE THAN FAT. (I also offer online coaching let me help you. …you aren’t alone in this).”
“That there is some magic pill or tea that will erase YEARS OF BODY ABUSE AND NEGLECT. But that’s not the case you HAVE TO WANT IT.”
