Ingredients
1 cup almond milk or coconut-almond milk
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoon protein powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil vanilla
2 dates
½ banana
½ cup ice
Directions
