Multi-Orgasmic: 5 Tips To Help You ‘Get There’

There are hundreds of articles written yearly advising women on how to reach orgasm, but rarely is the subject of being multi-orgasmic discussed in detail.

This is probably because the average woman has difficulty with having a single orgasm during a typical sexual experience, and for many women, this issue has been embraced and accepted as the norm.

Every woman has the ability to orgasm, but she must first believe this is possible and then become educated about her own anatomy and how every part can work together to bring her euphoric pleasure as well as healing power.

Unlike the male sexual response cycle, the female sexual body can have multiple orgasms within one sexual experience and the process to get there isn’t difficult.

However, becoming multi-orgasmic does require work and practice, much of which has everything to do with energy work before going into physical intercourse.

To become multi-orgasmic is to become free and commanding of your own sexual energy as a woman, and from this, your body will experience sensations like never before.

If you are interested in beginning the journey into becoming multi-orgasmic and having a command over full-body orgasms, begin working on the suggested activities below and start your journey into sexual awakening.

1. Learn your anatomy.

Learning how your sexual body functions is the first step to becoming multi-orgasmic. The clitoris is responsible for the female orgasm, but other spots within the vagina and around the vulva can also encourage an orgasm when stimulated.

Woman's Anatomy of Sexual Arousal by Sheri Winston is the perfect book to help any woman discover her sexual anatomy and become educated about how it works and how to care for it.  Education is the first step to becoming multi-orgasmic.

2. Breathe into the vagina.

Unlike male sexual energy that is contained within the pelvis, female sexual energy is contained within the brain and needs to be encouraged to move into the pelvis through meditation and breathwork.

During sex, the breath can become shallow causing the body to become overly excited. Instead of taking short, hyper breaths, relax and take deep breaths while sending them down into the pelvis to awaken the clitoris.

The more energy you can concentrate in this area the better. With each breath, you will be able to feel the energy within your pelvis become alive and your sexual organs will vibrate with excitement that is ready to be released.

3. Remove trauma.

Traumatic experiences are major blocks that often stand in the way of a woman's ability to let go and trust a partner with her body, mind, and spirit.

Physical, sexual, or verbal abuse from past romantic and family relationships that haven't been resolved can be found as the cause of why your orgasm seems non-existent.

Repressed memories and emotions form those traumatic experiences and can cause energy blockages that make it difficult for your sexual body to react properly to sexual stimulants.

In order to become multi-orgasmic, you will have to face the trauma head-on and release ownership of those feelings and emotions.

Seeking counseling from the proper authority on your issue will help to cleanse your mind, body and, soul from energies that are keeping you from experiencing your natural birthright to receive pleasure.

4. Meditate to awaken energy.

Meditation is a quieting of the mind and a journey within yourself. Using meditation can awaken sexual energy and send that energy through the energy centers to awaken the sexual body.

Take the time to sit alone in silence with your electronics shut off and close your eyes while you focus on your breathing.

When you breathe in, bring life and wellness into your body and let go. The air entering your nostrils brings with it energizing elements to awaken your emotional body.

Be aware of how your breath makes your body tingle and awaken as you breathe deeply into your body.

Using meditation in this way helps with relaxing your body and makes you aware of your energy and its arousal state.

Freeing your energy before a sexual experience creates the flow necessary to experience multiple orgasms during a sexual experience.

5. Become comfortable.

For an orgasm to be experienced, a woman must feel safe in her environment and safe within her body.

If your mind is congested with the stresses of the day or if your body is anxiously anticipating the elated feelings of an orgasm, chances are, your comfort level will be low.

Before going into a sexual situation with your significant other, or before going into solo sex, take the time to speak to your mind and your body to reach a place of safety and comfort.

It's okay to relax into the feelings of arousal. It's okay to give yourself permission to experience pleasure. Relax your mind and your body will follow.

These basic steps are just the beginning of becoming a multi-orgasmic woman.  There are more steps that need to be taken to experience full-body orgasms and mind orgasms.
