Grainy Mustard Dressing
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon local honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tsp. grainy mustard
1 clove roasted garlic (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass jar or plastic container with a lid.
- Place the lid on and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
- Place pulled chicken in a small bowl. Add enough dressing to coat the chicken and mix together. Check seasoning.
- Serve over romaine or mixed greens.
