Quince’s breakfast of champions starts with an old standby: fiber-rich oatmeal. Just add water and cook it in the microwave or over the stove. But don’t be basic—watch the video to see Quince do a little dance and power up his morning meal with extra nutrients, protein, and antioxidants.
