Having dry, flaky skin can not only be annoying, it can be painful and embarrassing! Withe the cold weather on its way, dry skin will become more of a burden if not addressed. Try a miracle milk beauty treatment to reverse the damage. Whole milk contains natural lipids that offer a tremendous amount of rehydration to your skin. The coolness will also reduce any redness and remove the flakes. As an alternative you can use powdered milk. Try any of these treatments for a quick turnaround and remember consistent use may be necessary to see a difference.
Basic Cleanser
Mix 1 tablespoon powdered milk with enough warm water to make a paste. Splash face with warm water and then rub the mixture onto the face in gentle circles. Rinse with warm water.
Milk and Honey Cleanser
Place 1 teaspoon of honey in a small mixing bowl and then microwave for five seconds. Stir 1 teaspoon of powdered milk into the warm honey (substitute powdered skim milk in place of powdered whole milk for oily skin). Oily skin will also benefit from 4 to 6 drops of lemon juice. Massage the mixture onto face and neck and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
