Instead of planning an intense workout for every day of the week, start with 2-3 days a week, 30 minutes at a time. You don’t have to spend an hour in the gym or at home to see the results.

Take steps every day to move closer to reaching your goals. The important thing is to stay focused and be accountable. Keep a journal, and find a friend or partner to hold you accountable.

You can also start by taking a beginner-level fitness class, a dance class, or a yoga class. This is a great introduction to starting your fitness journey.
6. Hire Some Fitness Help
Lastly, if you find that you are having trouble staying motivated as you begin your journey or feel overwhelmed, hire a trainer. They will ensure that you are using the proper form and staying safe.
