Try These 4 Plank Variations For Tight, Flat Abs!

Here is a video demonstration of different variations of planks. Planks are a great core exercise. They activate more muscles, improve one’s posture, and increase flexibility. Planks are sometimes safer than crunches because crunches can be harder on the back depending on the person. Planks can be easily modified as well.

In the video, you will see a forearm plank, a high plank, a side plank, and a kneeling plank. Whichever plank you decide to do, please be sure to keep the spine (neck included) in neutral and keep abs tight.
