That's why when we put the call out for recipes during the quarantine that we can make at home, Terri Ann's name kept coming up.
Terri Ann is a St. Lucian wife and mom to three boys. As a home-cook and Youtuber, she enjoys cooking for her family. She also enjoys being able to connect with her fanbase, which she was able to amass in a short amount of time after sharing snippets of her cooking skills on Instagram. She currently boasts 218K followers on Instagram and 489K subscribers on YouTube.
She likes to describe her food as "vibrant, rich and filled with love that you almost feel like she may be your long lost auntie."

So here is the recipe for her famous (I'm calling it "famous" because when I made it people kept calling me like I was famous, lol) Jerk Shrimp Rasta Pasta.
Ingredients List
Before you get started you'll need the following ingredients:
- 500g - 1kg jumbo shrimp
- 300g penne pasta
- 1/2 Red and Green bell pepper
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- Parsley to garnish
- 2 spring onions chopped
- 1 tbs oil to fry shrimp
- 1 tbs oil to sauté veggies
To season shrimp
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp old bay (can use all-purpose seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp green seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
For Sauce
- 2 cups double cream
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 tsp jerk seasoning (optional)
- 1 tsp old bay
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
