Lance Gross Mourns The Death Of His Father: “Heroes Never Die”

Actor Lance Gross, best known for his roles in House of Payne, Meet The Browns and Tyler Perry's Temptations, took to Instagram to announce his father’s passing.

The 35-year-old posted a photo of himself with his late father, penning a heartfelt message.

"Heroes don’t die, they live forever…I can feel you around me. U were always my Hero Pop. Not just a Father, but someone I always wanted to be.”

"Some of the most rewarding experiences being a father is being able to be present,” he said. “Spending as many moments as I can with my little girl. It’s amazing how things shift from worrying about yourself and what’s next to this new life you’ve created."

Just last year, Lance's dad turned 80 years old and Lance gave him a shoutout on social media.
