What Is A Healthy Lifestyle?

Gerald recently adopted a healthy lifestyle, beating sleep apnea, seizures, and obesity.  If you have not heard Gerald’s inspiring story, it is worth a listen and the September 16th program is archived on the homepage of thiswebsite.

    Wake:
    • two 12 ounce glasses of water
    • Daily communion

    Breakfast:
    • Cheerios
    • Almond milk
    • Dark chocolate with acai
    • Maybe apple or fruit
    • Add blueberries, walnuts
    • Drink water 12 ounces of water

    Snack: (all or some)
    • Fruit
    • Granola bar
    • Seaweed
    • Acai
    • Drink 10- 20 ounces of water

    Lunch:
    • Vegetables, salad, broccoli or mixed, Kale
    • Some type of protein
    • Fruit, apple preferred
    • Some type of dark chocolate
    • 20 ounces of water

    Snack: (all or some)
    • Fruit
    • Granola bar
    • Seaweed
    • Acai
    • Drink 10- 20 ounces of water
