On September 16, 2012, it was my pleasure to host Gerald Padmore. • Daily communion

• Cheerios
• Almond milk
• Dark chocolate with acai
• Maybe apple or fruit
• Add blueberries, walnuts
• Drink water 12 ounces of water

Snack: (all or some)
• Fruit
• Granola bar
• Seaweed
• Acai
• Drink 10- 20 ounces of water
