Ahhh, planks. Our favorite exercise we hate to love. Doing planks may not always be fun in the moment, but the total body after effects are worth it. Done regularly, planks can build your core strength, improve your balance, and increase flexibility by stretching muscles in your shoulders, collarbone, hamstrings and even your toes!
