…weekends, travel, etc. You have to commit if you want this to stick and see change. 2) Meal prep: it’ll save you time, money, and calories on a weekly basis and assist with forcing you to make healthier food decisions. 3) Get comfortable with being uncomfortable….embrace change. During this process, you will have to step up your training routine from what you usually do, choose healthier food and drink options even though other people around you might not be doing the same, and change how you’ve been living for the part umpteen years. If you are willing to stop fighting it and change, you can truly reach your fitness goals. To date I’ve lost 90lbs and maintained that weight lost for the past 13 years.
BDO: What are your guilty pleasure foods that you just can’t get enough of?
TT: My guilty pleasures of food are soft gourmet chocolate chip cookies, red wine, KettleCorn popcorn, tortilla chips and guacamole, and Oreo brownies. I could eat them all every dag on day!!!
