I absolutely love the fall season! It’s that time of the year that you can expect that crisp cool air to blow across your face, and a time you can rock a pair of leather riding boots and a pretty scarf. Either way, you look at it, I love the fall season. More than that I love what the fall season represents. The fall represents change and transition. This is the time to take mental, physical, and spiritual inventory. I want to share with you five ways to elevate your life this fall season, so you can live your absolute best.
Embrace Change
Everything in life must change because nothing ever stays the same. Fall represents a time of transformation and transition. During this season you will notice the leaves fall, the wardrobe change, and the grass die. For you, this is the time to reflect, stay focus and find balance.
During this transition time, find a new perspective on where you currently are in life. Use this opportunity to embrace what worked well over this past year and what things you need to change. Change is a good thing and it will always bring about growth.

Let Go
Just like the leaves die and fall off the trees, this is a time to let go of dead things in your life. Just as I stated earlier this is time to take spiritual, mental and physical inventory. It’s time to let go of everything and anything that no longer serves you or empowers you. This might mean letting go of relationships, jobs, unhealthy habits, or a negative mindset. If it is causing anger, strife or resentment, then it’s time to let it go. Your peace is worth it!
Remember fall is all about transition and separation, so be willing to use that as an example in your own life.

Expect A Harvest
Autumn also represents harvest time. During this season farmers work on their fall harvest by collecting a reserve of crops. This is also a good representation of our spiritual lives. Expect a harvest from all the seeds you have been planting. All the hard work you have put in over the years is bound to reap a reward.
Expect a harvest by continuing to cultivate and water the seed. This means keep working, keep praying and stay committed until you see your seed sprout up. The harvest is near.
Be Comforted
During the fall season, the animals take comfort and prepare for the winter season. This is when the birds began to fly south, or the animals find a home to keep warm. This is symbolic for our lives as well. This is a time for us to be comforted, secure and cozy during this season.
This is where you focus on spiritual alignment and working on things that will encourage your soul. This is a good time to meditate, speak affirmations over your life, stay in gratitude and surround yourself with positive people.
The more you seek spiritual alignment the more peace you will have.

Prepare for Winter
The fall season lets us know that winter is near. For many, this is a time to prepare, and make sure things are in order. The winter season is a time in life when things go dormant.
This is often the season where people are depressed or down, however, if we prepare we don’t have to let the winter season overtake us.
Preparing for the winter season means working on your spiritual being through prayer and meditation. Investing in your physical being with eating healthy and exercise.
Lastly, being intentional about your mental being by creating balance, learning to say no and decreasing the stress in your life.
Overall, there are so many examples we learn from the fall season. The seasons have so much more meaning than we may realize, but if we take the time to gain new insights and perspectives we can learn so much.
