In addition to working out with a personal trainer five times a week, Mo’Nique’s weight loss strategy consisted of:
- Drinking a gallon of water a day
- Avoiding fried foods
- Eating raw fruits and vegetables and fresh fish
- Giving up red meat
“I know [this] looks sooo simple, however baby my legs and butt is on fire,” she wrote on her instagram about a quick clip of a high-intensity dance routine. “Things that we want to make complicated can be so simple.”
