… training harder. Slowed down on the cardio and increased my lifting. Went from lifting 3/4 times a week and now I’m lifting 5/6 times a week. Also doing fasted cardio 5 times a week for 30 minutes.”
“I go hard for 6 months and then I slack for the last 6 months because I’m so focused and disciplined for the first half of the year then I want to party and have fun the other half of the year.
However this year my goal is to be more consistent the whole year to get the results I really want. My focus is completely different this time.
Instead of focusing on my weight, I’m focusing on my look.
Yes, I’m close to my goal weight but when I look at these two pics with a 10 lbs difference I can see how my waist is smaller and my legs and arms are way more toned.
For me it’s not about being small or losing weight it’s about being healthy and seeing my results.
My issue wasn’t that I couldn’t do it because as you can see I did it multiple time but my issue was consistency.
Hopefully, this inspires someone who wants to give up and think they can’t do it. It’s ok to start over but remember consistency is key 🔑”
She hit the nail right on the head summing up her beautiful weight loss journey:
“Success does not come from what you occasionally do, it comes from what you consistently do. Are you consistent?”
